Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure smooth production workflow. The ideal candidate should have experience in production management, team supervision, and achieving production targets within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities and shop floor operations.
• Assign responsibilities and prepare production schedules.
• Monitor workforce productivity and production performance.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within planned timelines.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and stores departments.
• Handle manpower allocation and team supervision.
• Identify production issues and take quick corrective actions.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Diploma / BE Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in Production Supervision or Manufacturing Operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions.
• Good planning, scheduling, and coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving and production monitoring skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and shop floor management.
