Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and maintain packaging machinery at customer sites. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge of packaging machines, automation systems, and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting along with a willingness to travel for service assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service packaging machines at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and automation-related issues.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems, sensors, motors, drives, and control panels.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Packaging Machines such as Filling, Sealing, Labeling, and Wrapping Machines.
• Understanding of PLC systems, sensors, motors, drives, and automation controls.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer handling abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently for service and installation work.
• Experience in machinery manufacturing or industrial automation preferred.
