Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company services and generate customer interest.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Record customer information and update databases.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information.
• Maintain daily call reports and activity records.
