Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC / VMC Operator to operate and monitor CNC and VMC machines for precision machining of automotive components. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC or VMC machine operations and a good understanding of machining processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and VMC machines as per production requirements.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production.
• Perform basic machine setting and tool change activities.
• Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Read basic engineering drawings and follow work instructions.
• Maintain production records and machine operation logs.
• Follow safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

Required Skills

• Experience as a CNC Operator or VMC Operator.
• Knowledge of machining processes and production operations.
• Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to quality and production targets.
• Good technical and problem-solving skills.
