Role Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented BE Mechanical graduates to join our production team as Production Engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, and process improvement within a leading valve manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily production activities.
• Coordinate with shop floor teams to achieve production targets.
• Ensure smooth manufacturing processes and workflow management.
• Maintain production records and prepare reports.
• Monitor product quality and process compliance.
• Assist in implementing productivity and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production departments.
• Follow safety and manufacturing standards.

Required Skills

• BE Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
