Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support sales operations and client communication for solar rooftop projects. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales coordination and a basic understanding of solar rooftop systems and the solar energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers regarding solar rooftop inquiries and projects.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth project execution.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
• Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.

Required Skills

• Experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Support.
• Solar Rooftop industry experience is mandatory.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.
