Role Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented candidates to join our production team as Production Supervisors. This opportunity is ideal for fresh Diploma or ITI candidates who want to build their career in production and manufacturing operations. Training and guidance will be provided to help candidates develop technical and supervisory skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily production activities.
• Coordinate with production workers to achieve production targets.
• Ensure smooth machine operations and workflow on the shop floor.
• Maintain production records and reports.
• Follow quality and safety standards during operations.
• Assist senior supervisors in managing production processes.
• Support shift operations and team coordination activities.

Required Skills

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in Day/Night shifts.
