Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled ITI Fitter to join our machine assembly team. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine assembly, fitting work, and interpreting engineering drawings. The role involves assembling machine components, performing alignment and testing, and ensuring machines are ready for production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble machine parts and components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform fitting, drilling, tapping, grinding, and alignment work.
• Install machine frames, motors, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, and other mechanical components.
• Assemble and fit pneumatic and hydraulic components.
• Check machine alignment, leveling, and overall assembly quality.
• Read and understand mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Conduct machine testing and rectify assembly-related issues.
• Assist in machine maintenance and repair activities when required.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments effectively.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of machine assembly and fitting operations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Understanding of alignment, leveling, and mechanical installation processes.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
