Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lathe Machine Operator to perform precision machining operations and manufacture components as per technical specifications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating conventional lathe machines and be capable of producing quality components with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate conventional lathe machines efficiently and safely.
• Perform turning, facing, drilling, threading, and machining operations.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
• Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces for machining operations.
• Inspect finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain machine performance and report any operational issues.
• Follow production schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness and adherence to safety procedures.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Lathe Machine Operator.
• Knowledge of conventional lathe machine operations.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings and measurements.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers and Micrometers.
• Understanding of machining processes and quality requirements.
• Good technical and problem-solving skills.
