Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Melting Supervisor to oversee melting operations and ensure the production of high-quality molten metal for casting processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of metallurgy, furnace operations, metal composition control, and foundry production practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily melting and furnace operations.
• Monitor metal composition, temperature, and melting parameters.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and proper charge preparation.
• Maintain quality standards for molten metal and casting production.
• Coordinate with production and quality departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor furnace efficiency and reduce material losses.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and foundry standards.
• Maintain production records and melting reports.
