Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Spectro Lab Technician to support quality control and material testing activities. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of material grades, spectrometer operations, and quality inspection processes to ensure compliance with foundry and casting industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct spectrometer testing and analyze material composition.
• Verify raw materials and finished products as per quality standards.
• Identify and record material grades such as SS, MS, alloys, and other metals.
• Prepare and maintain testing reports and quality documentation.
• Operate and maintain spectrometer equipment efficiently.
• Coordinate with quality and production departments regarding testing results.
• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and foundry standards.

Required Skills

• Understanding of material grades (SS, MS, alloys, etc.).
• Familiarity with spectrometer software and testing procedures.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and report preparation.
• Knowledge of quality control and inspection practices.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
