Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-process, incoming, and final inspections of products and components.
Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards, and specifications.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and measurement instruments.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality documentation, and test data.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards or customer requirements.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
