Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and control all plant operations to achieve production targets.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Implement lean manufacturing and process optimization initiatives.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
Coordinate with QA teams for audits and corrective actions.
Maintain ISO, 5S, and other compliance systems.
Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
Enforce safety protocols and promote a strong EHS culture.
Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations.
Prepare and monitor budgets for production, maintenance, and utilities.
Drive cost reduction through waste elimination, energy efficiency, and productivity improvements.
Lead, mentor, and develop the plant team to enhance performance and capabilities.
Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Ensure harmonious industrial relations and compliance with labor laws.
Participate in business planning and provide insights on capacity, resources, and investments.
Analyze production data and present performance reports to management.
Drive new product introduction and technology upgradation initiatives.
