Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate nut former / cold forging machines (e.g., National, Chun Zu, Sacma, Nakashimada, etc.).
Install and adjust dies, punches, and other tooling as per product drawings.
Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Monitor production and make necessary adjustments to maintain output and quality.
Perform daily checks, preventive maintenance, and keep machines in good working condition.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and 5S practices in the work area.
