Key Responsibilities:

Create CNC programs for turning, milling, and VMC machines using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, SolidCAM, NX, etc.).
Define machining processes, select cutting tools, and set cutting parameters.
Simulate and verify programs to ensure collision-free and optimized machining.
Modify or optimize existing programs to improve cycle time and tool life.
Support operators in program setup and first-part trials.
Validate new programs by checking dimensions and surface finish.
Ensure programs are documented and stored as per company standards.
Coordinate with the Quality team to ensure parts meet dimensional accuracy and tolerance.
Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.
Work on continuous improvement for process efficiency and waste reduction.
Work closely with Production, Tooling, and Design teams to meet customer and internal requirements.
Provide technical support to CNC operators and setters.
