Key Responsibilities:

Operate VMC machines as per job instructions and production plans.
Set up workpieces, tools, and fixtures according to drawings and programs.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
Perform first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy during production.
Make minor adjustments to offsets and tool parameters when required.
Maintain machines, tools, and work areas in good condition.
Monitor machining operations and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate with programmers and supervisors for process improvements.
Record daily production and report any issues with machines or tools.
Follow safety rules and maintain a clean working environment
