Key Responsibilities:

Set up CNC machines (Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC as applicable) according to job requirements and drawings.
Load programs, set tool offsets, work offsets, and ensure proper clamping and alignment of components.
Perform first-piece inspection and verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments.
Operate CNC machines and monitor machining operations to maintain part quality.
Make minor edits or adjustments to programs and parameters when required.
Ensure tools are in good condition and replace worn tools when necessary.
Maintain daily production logs and inspection records.
Troubleshoot minor machine and process issues.
Ensure machine maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to safety practices.
Coordinate with programmers and quality inspectors for continuous improvement.
