Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC as applicable).
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining.
Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality standards.
Perform first piece inspection and in-process quality checks.
Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to machines as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workstation.
Record production data and report deviations or machine issues.
Work collaboratively with the production and quality teams to meet targets.
