Key Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for sliding head (Swiss-type) and CNC turning/milling machines.
Set up machines, select appropriate tooling, and define machining parameters.
Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and engineering specifications to create accurate programs.
Conduct first-off inspection and ensure parts conform to dimensional and surface finish requirements.
Monitor machining operations, troubleshoot issues, and make program or offset adjustments as required.
Maintain tooling inventory and ensure timely replacement or sharpening of worn-out tools.
Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve cycle time and reduce rework.
Document setup sheets, tool lists, and process parameters for repeatability.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards (ISO/IATF as applicable).
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
