Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities — receiving, picking, packing, dispatching, and material handling.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO / LIFO).
Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and coordinate replenishment with procurement or production teams.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper documentation of goods received and dispatched (invoices, GRNs, delivery challans, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse area.
Coordinate with logistics and transport teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
Train and supervise warehouse staff and labor.
Report daily warehouse activities and issues to management.
