Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing according to company standards.
Manage inventory levels — receive, stock, and track merchandise.
Monitor product movement and assist in stock replenishment and inventory audits.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer queries or complaints effectively.
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and implementing promotional activities.
Prepare daily sales reports and assist with cash handling and billing operations.
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Train and guide store staff in sales techniques and product knowledge (if applicable).
