Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support end-to-end product development activities — from concept design, prototyping, testing, and validation to mass production.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure DFMA (Design for Manufacturing & Assembly) and product feasibility.
Conduct product research, benchmarking, and cost analysis to support design and material selection.
Create and maintain engineering drawings, 3D models, BOMs, and specifications.
Manage product trials, testing, and validation as per technical and quality standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for tooling, prototype, and sample development.
Support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and control plan preparation for new projects.
Ensure timely project execution, documentation, and delivery as per NPD timelines.
Identify and drive continuous improvements in product performance, cost, and manufacturability.
Assist in customer interactions for technical discussions and project updates.
