Key Responsibilities:

Develop, modify, and validate CMM programs using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or MODUS.
Perform detailed dimensional inspection of parts, components, and assemblies per engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
Generate inspection reports and communicate results to engineering, production, and quality teams.
Conduct first article inspections (FAI) and support PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation.
Ensure calibration and maintenance of CMM equipment and other precision measuring tools.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and QA teams to address dimensional and quality issues.
Maintain up-to-date records of inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
Continuously improve measurement methods and inspection efficiency through process optimization.
Ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100, or other relevant quality standards.
