Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes, procedures, and documentation.
Conduct product, process, and system inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).
Lead or support internal audits and prepare audit reports.
Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Track quality metrics, analyze data, and propose improvements to reduce defects or non-conformances.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Serve as a liaison between QA, production, engineering, and other departments to coordinate technical activities.
Support project planning, scheduling, and execution from a technical perspective.
Assist in implementing new technologies, processes, or equipment upgrades.
Maintain technical documentation, manuals, and SOPs.
Facilitate technical training sessions for staff.
Provide technical support and guidance for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
