Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the QC/QA team to ensure effective execution of inspection and quality assurance processes.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, or industry-specific quality standards.
Review and approve inspection plans, quality reports, and documentation.
Coordinate internal and external audits, including ISO certifications, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
Investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor their effectiveness.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to maintain quality standards.
Monitor instrument calibration, laboratory activities, and test equipment maintenance.
Prepare management reports and assist in Management Review Meetings (MRM).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, and enhance product quality.
Train and mentor QC/QA personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
