Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide the QC team in daily inspection and testing activities.
Plan, schedule, and oversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and ISO/industry requirements.
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain inspection reports, test records, and documentation for traceability.
Conduct and facilitate internal audits and support external/customer audits.
Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and proper maintenance of QC equipment.
Implement process improvements to reduce defects, scrap, and rework.
Train and mentor QC personnel on inspection techniques, quality standards, and procedures.
Monitor compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management systems (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949, if applicable).
