Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement inspection and testing procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM, etc.).
Ensure all quality control activities comply with company policies, standards, and customer specifications.
Identify, document, and analyze non-conformities; recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support root cause analysis (RCA) and participate in problem-solving for quality-related issues.
Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and process documentation to ensure compliance.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test reports, and calibration logs.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and design teams to address quality concerns.
Monitor and control rejection, rework, and scrap rates and implement improvement initiatives.
Support internal and external audits, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or customer-specific requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management systems (QMS).
