Key Responsibilities:

Establish, implement, and maintain the organization’s QMS & IMS documentation in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (and other relevant standards).
Act as the primary liaison between management, certification bodies, and external auditors.
Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits; coordinate with departments to close non-conformities effectively.
Ensure that all processes are defined, documented, and implemented as per ISO requirements.
Facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRM) and prepare related data, metrics, and reports.
Monitor the effectiveness of the management systems and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Promote awareness of customer requirements, quality objectives, and environmental/occupational health & safety policies throughout the organization.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely calibration of instruments, training compliance, and documentation control.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote Lean / 5S / Kaizen culture.
Maintain and update the Integrated Management Manual, Procedures, and Records.
Support supplier and customer audits and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
