Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and contractors based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and requisitions according to company procedures.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to obtain the best value.
Maintain and update supplier databases, purchase records, and reports.
Coordinate with departments (production, quality, accounts, stores) to ensure timely procurement.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure continuous supply of required materials without overstocking.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Handle vendor performance evaluation and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
Support cost reduction and vendor development initiatives.
