Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain production plans based on sales forecasts, order bookings, and material availability.
Monitor daily production progress and update schedules accordingly.
Coordinate with purchase, inventory, production, and quality teams to ensure timely material flow and process execution.
Create and manage the Time & Action (T&A) calendar and ensure milestones are met.
Track and optimize resource utilization (manpower, machines, and materials).
Analyze bottlenecks and production delays; suggest corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain records and reports for WIP (Work in Progress), production status, and dispatch schedules.
Work with ERP/MRP systems to update production orders and manage material requirements.
Assist in inventory control, stock audits, and warehouse coordination.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives like lean manufacturing, 5S, and waste reduction.
