Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with buyers for order follow-ups, tech packs, approvals, and changes.
Raise and track purchase orders for raw materials and trims based on production schedules.
Monitor the production flow to ensure timely completion of each stage (sampling, cutting, stitching, finishing, packing).
Liaise with vendors, fabric suppliers, and internal departments to resolve production issues.
Ensure quality standards are maintained and coordinate with the QC team for inspections.
Maintain order tracking sheets, T&A (Time & Action) calendars, and daily production reports.
Support the costing team by providing accurate consumption and process cost estimates.
Follow up on shipment timelines and documentation in coordination with the logistics team.
Communicate effectively with the design, production, and export departments.
Assist in pre-production meetings and ensure all pre-production approvals are in place.
