Key Responsibilities:

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, and quality departments to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
Monitor actual production vs. planned schedules and take corrective actions to minimize deviations.
Maintain and update production planning reports, MRP schedules, and order tracking sheets.
Analyze capacity utilization and suggest improvements to reduce downtime and optimize efficiency.
Plan material requirements based on BOMs, lead times, and consumption trends.
Ensure proper documentation of production data, inventory movement, and order status.
Follow up with vendors or procurement teams for timely delivery of raw materials.
Support inventory control and minimize excess/shortage of materials.
Participate in continuous improvement activities like 5S, lean manufacturing, and waste reduction
