Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, inventory, and safety.
Lead, train, and motivate plant teams to achieve productivity and performance goals.
Develop and execute production plans to meet delivery deadlines, customer requirements, and cost targets.
Implement and monitor KPIs related to plant efficiency, downtime, waste reduction, and output.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
Manage budgets, cost control initiatives, and resource planning to optimize plant performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments (HR, procurement, R&D, logistics, sales) to ensure smooth operations.
Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, or Six Sigma initiatives.
Ensure adherence to quality systems like ISO, GMP, HACCP, or industry-specific standards.
Lead audits, inspections, and customer visits confidently and professionally.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management regarding plant performance and strategies.
