Key Responsibilities:

Plan and organize production schedules based on customer demand and delivery timelines.
Manage production teams, assign responsibilities, and supervise performance to meet output targets.
Ensure manufacturing processes run smoothly and meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Monitor production KPIs such as OEE, yield, cycle time, and downtime.
Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, or equipment failures promptly.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of continuous improvement on the shop floor.
Optimize resource utilization – manpower, machinery, and materials.
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for audits and analysis.
Participate in budgeting, cost control, and planning for capacity expansion or upgrades.
