Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily factory floor operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
Monitor workers’ performance and enforce discipline, safety, and quality standards.
Allocate manpower, shift schedules, and tasks based on production plans.
Ensure all machinery and equipment are operating properly and safely.
Work closely with the quality control team to minimize defects and waste.
Train new workers on processes, safety guidelines, and equipment handling.
Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and stock consumption.
Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
Identify and resolve production or process-related issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
