Key Responsibilities:
 

Manage daily injection molding operations including shift planning, manpower allocation, and production targets.
Supervise setup, start-up, and shutdown of molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Optimize process parameters for quality, efficiency, and minimal scrap.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for production or quality issues.
Ensure molds, machines, and tools are maintained in good working condition.
Monitor cycle times, machine efficiency (OEE), and ensure adherence to production schedules.
Implement and maintain 5S, lean manufacturing, and safety practices on the shop floor.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning departments for smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate documentation including production reports, downtime logs, and shift handovers.
Train and mentor operators and shift supervisors on process knowledge and best practices.
