Key Responsibilities:
 

Supervise and execute daily packaging activities on the shop floor.
Monitor packaging line performance and ensure adherence to daily targets.
Ensure packaging materials are available in required quantities and quality.
Check packaging quality parameters (labeling, sealing, coding, etc.) as per company and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team for line clearance and in-process quality checks.
Maintain accurate records of packaging output, wastage, and material usage.
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
Report and troubleshoot any issues related to packaging machines or processes.
Assist in training operators and helpers on packaging SOPs.
Liaise with maintenance for timely upkeep and servicing of packaging machinery.
