Key Responsibilities :
 

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of civil engineering/construction projects.
Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor progress and performance against project goals, adjusting as needed.
Lead project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, legal requirements, and quality benchmarks.
Prepare and maintain documentation including progress reports, budgets, contracts, and schedules.
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Identify and mitigate project risks and delays.
Ensure timely project completion within budget.
Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to project teams.
