JOB DESCRIPTION

⚙️ Production Scheduling & Operations
• Plan, schedule, and execute daily production workflows to meet delivery deadlines for 22k, 18K and 14K gold jewellery.
• Oversee all stages of Department: casting, CNC machining, assembly, polishing, and final hallmarking.
🪙 Metal Accountability & Loss Control
• Implement and monitor strict metal loss control measures (mass balance) across cutting, and polishing stages.
• Enforce security protocols regarding the handling, storage, and recovery of precious metals on the Department floor.
✨ Quality Control & Craftsmanship
• Troubleshoot structural or finish issues during the casting and machine-cutting processes.
👥 Team & Shop Floor Management
• Manage, motivate, and train a large team of traditional artisans (karigars), machine operators, and supervisors.
• Foster a highly disciplined, secure, and efficient working environment.
