Key Skills: Experience: Proven experience in production management within the gold jewellery manufacturing industry or any other relevant manufacturing industry, Technical knowledge: Practical understanding of traditional jewellery processes and modern technologies such as casting, CNC and laser processing, Analytical ability: Strong skills in metal-weight calculation, alloy/purity understanding, mass balance, rejection analysis and root-cause identification, Leadership: manpower management, planning, problem-solving, communication and coordination skills, Languages: Gujarati and Hindi required; basic English preferred.

1. Production Planning: Achieve daily production targets and timely delivery.
2. Department Management: Supervise all production processes and operations.
3. Metal Control: Monitor metal consumption, recovery and wastage.
4. Quality Control: Reduce rejection and rework.
5. Manpower Management: Manage staff and improve productivity.
6. Machine Management: Ensure machine efficiency and maintenance.
7. Inventory Control: Monitor material, WIP and pending orders.
8. Reporting & Coordination: Submit production reports and coordinate with management.
9. Safety & Discipline: Ensure SOP, security and workplace discipline.
10. Process Improvement: Improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
