Manage daily store operations, including opening, closing, billing, and customer service.
Maintain accurate records of stock inward, stock outward, inventory, and daily sales reports.
Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
Supervise, coordinate, and support staff to ensure smooth store operations.
Handle customer queries and provide information about pet products, accessories, and basic pet-care services.
Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and an organized shopping environment.
