JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Client Communication Communicate effectively in English & Gujarati to address client inquiries, provide policy information, and resolve concerns. 2. Insurance Knowledge Apply basic knowledge of insurance processes and products to assist clients and support team operations. 3. Documentation and Data Management Ensure accurate documentation and maintain records by utilizing proficient typing skills and Back office Software 4. Technical Proficiency Use Microsoft Word and Excel for creating reports, managing data, and preparing presentations.
