Key Skills: Basic knowledge of CNC machine setting and machining processes. Ability to read engineering drawings. Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods. Basic understanding of cutting tools, tool offsets, and machining parameters. Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens controllers will be an advantage.

Operate CNC Turning / CNC Lathe / VMC machines as per production requirements.
Perform basic machine setting, including tool loading, workpiece clamping, and fixture setting.
Load and unload components and monitor machining operations.
Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.
Check component dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Perform basic tool offset adjustments and tool wear compensation.
Inspect components to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Identify machining defects and report quality or machine-related issues to the supervisor.
Maintain production records and follow the production schedule.
Ensure machine cleanliness and follow 5S and safety procedures.
