1. Product Finishing & Quality Control
• Supervise polishing, buffing, filing, cleaning, and final finishing.
• Ensure defect-free surface finish before next stage.
• Conduct strict QC checks for:
o Scratches
o Dents
o Weight mismatch
o Finishing defects
• Ensure 100% QC clearance before dispatch or hallmarking.
• Control rejection and rework within approved limits.
2. ERP & Documentation Control
• Same-day ERP/AUG system updates.
• Accurate inward–outward entries.
• Maintain finishing register & QC clearance records.
• Ensure zero unexplained inventory variance.
• Share accurate daily MIS with management.
3. Post-Production Process Control SOP
Daily Output Monitoring
• Per litre chemical consumption vs expected gram output must be calculated daily.
• Output variance recorded and analyzed.
• Parameter sheet verified and signed by QC.
Mandatory Daily Reporting
Each batch must submit:
• Input material summary
• Output grams report
• Loss / recovery statement
• Chemical usage details
• Post-production machine cleaning confirmation
4. Shop-Floor Discipline & Compliance
• Ensure operator compliance (Gloves, Mask, Apron mandatory)
• Maintain cleanliness of post-production machines and surrounding areas
• Ensure machine cleaning after batch completion
• Complete daily QC closing before shift end.
