• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective B2B jewellery clients
• Introduce company products, collections, and offers professionally
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, samples, and repeat orders
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets
• Maintain accurate client data, call logs, and follow-up status in CRM
• Track client requirements, buying patterns, and feedback
• Ensure timely reminders for follow-ups, payments, and order confirmations
• Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics teams for client updates
• Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication
• Handle basic client queries and resolve concerns by coordinating internally
• Prepare daily call reports and follow-up summaries
