Key Skills: 4–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, QMS, and quality documentation. Hands-on experience in PPAP documentation and customer submissions. Good knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, and FMEA. Experience in internal audits and customer audit coordination. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; IATF 16949 knowledge is preferred for automotive suppliers. Good documentation, reporting, and MS Excel skills. Ability to coordinate with customers and cross-functional departments.

1. Quality Documentation
Prepare, review, update, and maintain quality documents and records.
Maintain Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs, work instructions, and inspection formats.
Prepare inspection reports, nonconformance reports, CAPA reports, and customer quality documents.
Maintain document control, revision history, and record traceability.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of customer-required quality documents.
Monitor quality objectives, rejection data, and other quality-related KPIs.
2. PPAP Activities
Prepare and coordinate Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation as per customer requirements.
Prepare and maintain PPAP elements, including:
Design records and engineering change documents, where applicable.
Process Flow Diagram.
Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
Control Plan.
Measurement System Analysis (MSA), where required.
Dimensional inspection reports.
Material and performance test reports.
Initial process studies, where applicable.
Part Submission Warrant (PSW).
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchase, and Quality teams for PPAP data collection and submission.
Track customer approval status and close pending observations or documentation gaps.
Maintain records of approved samples and customer-specific requirements.
3. Audit-Related Activities
Plan and coordinate internal quality system audits and process audits.
Support customer audits, supplier audits, and certification audits.
Prepare audit schedules, checklists, reports, and supporting documents.
Identify audit nonconformities and coordinate corrective action plans.
Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely closure with evidence.
Maintain audit records and monitor compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and applicable customer requirements.
4. QMS and Corrective Actions
Support implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
Prepare and monitor CAPA, 8D reports, and root cause analysis.
Use problem-solving tools such as 5 Why and Fishbone Diagram.
Ensure compliance with documented procedures and applicable quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement and prevention of recurring issues.
