Perform continuous in-process quality inspections across the stainless steel casting production line.
Inspect raw, semi-finished, and finished castings against engineering drawings, technical specifications, and dimensional tolerances.
Identify and log surface flaws and internal casting defects such as porosity, cold shuts, misruns, sand inclusions, and shrinkage cracks.
Utilize precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges) for active dimensional verification.
Prepare daily line inspection logs, maintain non-conformance reports (NCR), and collaborate with shop-floor supervisors to rectify process deviations.
