Conduct routine chemical analysis, volumetric titrations, and concentration testing for electroplating, surface coating, and pre-treatment chemical baths.
Perform plating/coating thickness testing and salt spray corrosion tests to ensure electroplated products meet quality standards.

Monitor electroplating process parameters (pH, temperature, chemical concentration, bath balance) and coordinate adjustments with the production team.
Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory testing equipment while ensuring proper calibration schedules and laboratory safety SOP compliance.
Maintain comprehensive laboratory testing logs, daily inspection reports, and non-conformance records in MS Excel for QA/QC management review.
