Handle vendor development and vendor management for Casting, Forging, Machining, and Gear Cutting processes.
Identify and develop suitable vendors based on quality, cost, capacity, delivery, and technical requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for RFQ, costing, process feasibility, samples, and production requirements.
Evaluate and monitor vendor performance, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
Develop strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, drawings, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with internal Purchase, Quality, Production, and Engineering teams for smooth vendor operations.
